"Pera Labs," "we," "us," and "our" means Pera Labs Inc. and Pera Labs Clinical Laboratories LLC.
We collect Device Identifiable Information and other Non-Personal Information through technologies such as "cookies" and "pixel tags" (which are also called clear GIFs, web beacons, or pixels). A "cookie" is a piece of alphanumeric data stored on your hard drive when you visit our website that enables us to improve your access to our Website and Services and to identify repeat visitors to our Services. "Pixel tags" are small graphic images (usually invisible) that can be embedded in content and ads on a webpage that track usage of our Website and effectiveness of communication. These pixel tags can then be used to recognize our cookies and to monitor certain user interactions with a website. For the purposes of this policy, the term "Website" shall include www.peralabs.co, www.sperman.co, and their subdomains, and the online services that we operate, including but not limited to FIMS-hosted services, and any and all other Pera Labs-hosted websites (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Websites and Services, you indicate your consent for Pera Labs to send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our Services; you may turn off cookies in your browser though, however, in doing so, some or all of our Service features may not work.
You may opt out from the collection and use of data through your mobile device by using the opt-out features of your device or through the settings function on your mobile browser or device. These are typically located in the settings menu on your device.
You can opt out of data collection by of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CrazyEgg as described above.
For more information, you may review the Federal Trade Commission’s guide to opting out of online tracking for computers and mobile devices here. If you chose to block cookies, certain features of a website may not be available or operate as desired. The Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") also offer opt-out tools to opt out of the collection of data online and the display of ads for targeted advertising. More information about the DAA’s AdChoices program and its opt-out tool are available here. You may access the NAI’s opt-out tool here.
Opting out does not prevent you from seeing ads; it simply means that we will no longer receive ads based on your historical viewing interests, personal characteristics, consumer segments, or other info from particular entities.Types of cookies we useBelow we have listed the types of cookies that our sites sets, why we use them, and specifics regarding the purposes of the cookies we create.
